1. Statutory right of withdrawal
Media Magma LLC offers a 30-day commercial warranty.
This warranty allows the customer to return their product within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for a full refund:

• the product must be strictly new;
• it must not have been used in any way;
• it must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Products must be returned to the following address:

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Media Magma LLC reserves the right to refuse the application of this guarantee in cases of manifest abuse, including but not limited to excessive returns, fraud, intentional damage, or conduct contrary to contractual good faith.

2. Defective or non-compliant products
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is invited to contact customer service at the following address: contact@unikjournal.com

No return shipping costs will be charged to the customer for defective and/or non-conforming products. A replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with the applicable legal warranties.
