Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin:
- From our main warehouse: 2 to 7 business days (depending on the service and carrier selected)
- From our secondary warehouse: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the service and carrier selected)

These timeframes start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation.

Applicable shipping fees are displayed before you complete your order.

If you choose pickup point delivery, your parcel will be available for collection for 7 calendar days. After this period, it will automatically be returned to us on the 8th day. We’ll send you an email as soon as your parcel is ready for pickup, and the carrier will also notify you on their end. Make sure to check your spam folder!

If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected in time, we won’t be able to reship it at our expense. You’ll then have the choice between a refund of your order (excluding original shipping fees) or a reshipment with shipping costs at your expense.
