Conditions for a Full Refund

To qualify for a full refund:

the product must be strictly new;
it must not have been used in any way;
it must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Media Magma LLC reserves the right to refuse the application of this guarantee in cases of manifest abuse, including but not limited to excessive returns, fraud, intentional damage, or conduct contrary to contractual good faith.

The refund will be issued no later than fourteen (14) days from the notification of the withdrawal, using the same method of payment as that used for the original order.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 - Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern the sale of products carried out on the website unikjournal.com (hereinafter the “Website”) by:

Article 6 - Delivery

6.1 - Preparation and dispatch
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

6.2 - Delivery times
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Estimated delivery times, starting from the date of shipment, are as follows:
- From our main warehouse: 2 to 7 business days (depending on the service and carrier selected)
- From our secondary warehouse: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the service and carrier selected)

These timeframes start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, and circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the maximum delivery time shall not exceed 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Applicable shipping fees are communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

6.3 - Pickup point delivery
When the customer selects pickup point delivery, the parcel will be available for collection for 7 calendar days from the date it is made available. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to the sender on the 8th day.

The customer is notified of the parcel’s availability by email, both by the Seller and by the carrier.

The availability of the parcel at the pickup point constitutes effective delivery of the order. Failure to collect the parcel within the allotted time is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If the parcel is returned due to non-collection within the specified timeframe, the Seller will not cover the cost of reshipment. The customer may then choose between:
- A refund of the order, excluding original shipping fees
- A reshipment of the parcel, with shipping costs at the customer’s expense

6.4 - Delivery delays attributable to the Seller
In accordance with Articles L216-1 and L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a delivery delay attributable to the Seller exceeding the announced timeframe, the customer may formally request, in writing, that the Seller complete the delivery within a reasonable additional period.

If delivery is not completed within this additional period, the customer may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund of amounts paid, to the exclusion of any further compensation.

These provisions do not apply when the parcel has been duly delivered to a pickup point and the failure to collect it is attributable to the customer.

6.5 - Force majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from force majeure events, disruptions to transport services, administrative decisions, or any external cause beyond its control.

In the event of a delivery delay, the customer is invited to contact customer service so that an appropriate solution may be offered.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
